Pierre-Yves Tournier

has over 25 years of experience in digital strategy, account management, and management. Equally comfortable in large corporations (IBM and BRP), in agencies or as an independent consultant, he brings a broad background focused on business (before technology), program management, executive coaching and management of multidisciplinary teams.

Having worked in Asia for over 10 years, Pierre-Yves holds a global understanding of digital and organizational transformation challenges. He believes that it is essential to combine strategy and execution, as they are interdependent, and this guiding principle is at the core of URC’s activity.

Anouk Roy, EMBA

Anouk Roy, EMBA, brings to URC over 25 years of experience in business strategy and expertise in all aspects of marketing. With equal proficiency in manufacturing, wholesale, and retail sectors, she has successfully transformed activation programs, revitalized digital ecosystems, and redesigned customer data strategies, all while enhancing the efficiency of product, marketing, and innovation teams. Anouk’s approach centers around leveraging data as the foundation of her omnichannel strategy. By collaborating closely with operational and sales teams, her ultimate goal is to drive revenue growth.Anouk has vast experience as Director of Marketing from working at Cossette, Fruits & Passion   

Anouk has an extensive experience in managing large marketing and multidisciplinary teams, managing several cost and profit centers. She has also turned around activation programs to make it more profitable as well as transformed product, marketing, digital and innovation teams. 

Her quick understanding of the challenges facing our organizations, her business acumen and her growth mindset build trust in her among her partners, and they have always been satisfied with the quality of the deliverables.

Maud Barré Miniou

With over 15 years' experience in marketing/communications strategy and digital transformation, Maud has been involved in the evolution of Cirque du Soleil's international recruitment of artists and athletes; the transformation of KPMG's internal communications, corporate culture and employer brand; the centralization of the digital ecosystem; the optimization of product data management; and the launch of ABM programs/strategies with Cascades' preferred partners.

A consultant since 2012, Maud has also been involved in strategic planning, digital strategy and the launch of omnichannel marketing campaigns for various companies in the cultural, human resources and events sectors.

With her global vision, Maud adapts easily to different contexts, sectors, and clienteles, moving seamlessly from B2C to B2B and B2E (HR), for any size of company.

With over 30 years of professional experience, Philippe Merckling Philippe Merckling is an expert in continuous supply chain improvement, mastering the important and subtle relationship between business strategy, logistics and operations.

During his career in the French and Eastern European markets, Philippe has held key, cross-functional roles in store operations, work processes, logistics services and the management of major digital projects, resulting in the optimization of the entire value chain.

As Manager-Consultant for Univers Retail, Philippe has brilliantly contributed to the growth of prestigious European brands, including Auchan, one of the leaders in international mass distribution.

From an omnichannel perspective, Philippe implements OmniSupply® strategies, where the overall experience is completely redesigned based on the end customer. He reimagines all flows and touchpoints, from start to finish and across the entirety of the distribution network, from purchases to transportation, including the management of returns, in order to create seamless, efficient and consistent journeys.

Passionate about innovation and transformation challenges that involve data, eco-responsibility and artificial intelligence, Philippe particularly appreciates collaborative problem-solving and advancing projects that involve multiple stakeholders.

In 2023, Philippe joined theURC to help retailers optimize and automate their merchandising and supply chain activities to become more competitive.

Szu-Mae Yoon

Szu-Mae Yoon is a senior advisor and consultant based out of Asia.

Mae has over two decades of expertise across the Asia-Pacific region in marketing, strategic development, partnership development, brand and product design. She has held numerous leadership roles in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam with organisations such as the AIA Group, Standard Chartered Bank and Prudential, where she led teams to design, build, and optimise distribution capabilities, opened new markets through acquisition and development of regional partnerships and the launch of innovative products. 

She has worked closely with CEOs and C-level executive teams to develop and execute their strategic plans, particularly priming them for transformation and sustainable growth. Mae is particularly passionate about harnessing innovation, technology and talent as competitive advantages.

With 30 years' experience in the commercial sector, Franck is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in distribution and retailing.
